Yes, multiwall polycarbonate sheets offer excellent thermal insulation due to their air-gap structure. This helps regulate temperatures in enclosed spaces. 

For larger projects like conservatories, we recommend installing 25mm or 35mm multiwall polycarbonate for unbeatable UV protections. For smaller projects like greenhouses, you should consider 10mm twinwall. For medium-sized projects, like carpots, 16mm triplewall is likely to be your best solution.
